He used to be somebody, a big dog, a self-styled roving Mr. Fixit. He’s an expert in micromanagement and an absolute nut on control, and he rules by manipulation, by lies, and by creating fear. He can do it better than you can, whoever you are, and he’ll make sure that everyone knows that he’s the man.
I’m the big dog, I’m the boss now,
Old boss man didn’t do it right
But I know how to fix it now
I can do it, he didn’t do it right
I’m on the job. Now I’m the man,
Whatever it is I can, I can, I can.
Every little thing must go through me
Because I’m large and I’m in charge,
I’m the big dog and I’m in charge,
I’m the fixer and soon you’ll see
Everything will soon be better now
‘Cause I’m the man, I can, I can.

This is not poetry, just doggerel!
